    How to Play

Cards are dealt from a standard deck of 52 cards for all games apart from Joker Poker.

Joker Poker is played using a standard deck of 52 cards, plus one Joker.

Click 'Deal' to start your game.

You'll play each game with five hands - all hands use the same bet and the amount will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

You can hold up to five cards per hand in this game.

To add a card to your hand, click on them one at a time or press numbers one to five on your keyboard (depending on how many you want to hold).

Cards will appear face-up in all five hands.

You can replace the cards in all of your active hands by clicking 'Draw' - replacement cards are dealt from a separate deck for each hand, excluding your initial five cards.

Once you've finished playing, any wins will pay out according to the paytable.

    Game Rules

An Ace can be the lowest or highest value card, depending on which benefits your hand better (i.e. A-2-3-4-5 or  10-J-Q-K-A).

A 5 of a Kind must include at least one Wild card.

If a natural Royal Flush (a Royal Flush with no Wilds) is won on the initial deal, all cards will be held automatically and the Royal Flush win will be awarded for all hands.

If any other winning hand is dealt on the initial deal, cards will not be automatically held.

Only the highest paying outcome is awarded per hand.

Wins from two or more hands are added to the total amount paid.

Different paytables have different minimum rankings for which prizes are awarded (e.g. the lowest winning outcome in Deuces Wild is 3 of a Kind).

Misuse or malfunction voids all pays and plays in this game.

    Wild Cards

Some paytables are based on the use of one or more Wild cards:

    • In Deuces Wild and Deuces Wild Bonus, all cards worth two are Wild. Wilds can be evaluated as a regular '2' if it maximizes the outcome (e.g. for the hand Ac-2h-3c-4c-5c, the Wild card is evaluated as a 2c in order to form a straight flush, which is the highest possible outcome for that hand).
    • In Joker Poker, the Joker card is Wild

Given Wilds override all other cards to help secure wins - they have an equal chance of  being dealt as all other cards in the deck.

Dealt Wilds are not automatically held.

Certain paytables pay a different award amount for a Royal Flush, depending if the hand contains any Wilds (see paytables for more information).
