    Craps - How to Play

The aim of Craps is to accurately predict the outcome of a roll of two dice.

    Pass Line Bet

The Pass Line bet is placed before the 'come out' roll at the start of the game, when the game is marked as 'off'.

Click on the Pass Line to place the bet, then select 'roll' to roll the dice.

Even money is paid if a seven or 11 is rolled.

If two, three, or 12 is rolled, this is called 'Craps' and the bet loses.

Rolling any other number (four, five, six, eight, nine, or ten) will set the 'point' and turn the game to 'on'.

The ON token is placed on the numbered box corresponding to the point number rolled - this token is used to clearly indicate the point.

The point has to be rolled again before a seven is rolled to win the bet.

Rolling a seven before rolling the point again will lose the bet.

The bet remains in play and the dice continue to roll until the point or a seven is rolled.

Once the bet is resolved, the game is turned 'off', the point is reset and a new 'come out' roll is rolled.

    Don't Pass Line Bet

The Don't Pass Line bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet.

This bet can be placed on the 'Don't Pass Bar' when the game is marked as 'off', and pays even money if a two or three is rolled.

Rolling a seven or 11 will lose the Don't Pass Line bet, whereas rolling a 12 will end the bet in a push.

Rolling any other number (four, five, six, eight, nine, or ten) will set the 'point' and turn the game to 'on'.

To win the Don't Pass Line bet, a seven must be rolled before the point is rolled again.

If the point is rolled before a seven, the bet loses.

The bet remains in play and the dice continue to roll if any number other than the point or a seven is rolled.

Resolving the bet will turn the game to 'off', reset the point and cause a new 'come out' roll to be rolled.

    Come Bet

The Come bet is similar to the Pass Line bet, however, it can only be placed when the game is marked as 'on'.

Place your chips in the area labeled 'Come' to place a Come bet.

If the next roll is a seven or an 11, the bet wins and even money is paid.

The bet loses if the next roll is a two, three, or 12.

Rolling any other number (four, five, six, eight, nine, or ten) will set a 'come point' and the bet is moved to the corresponding numbered area on-screen.

If the come point is rolled before a seven, the bet pays even money.

Rolling a seven before the come point will lose the bet.

    Don't Come Bet

The Don't Come bet is similar to the Don't Pass Line bet, but it can only be placed when the game is marked 'on.

To place the bet, click on the 'Don't Come Bar' area.

If the next roll is a two or three, the bet pays even money.

However, if the next roll is a seven or 11, the bet loses.

A push occurs when the next roll is a 12.

If a four, five, six, eight, nine, or ten is rolled, it becomes the 'don't come point' and the bet is moved to the corresponding numbered area.

Rolling a seven before the don't come point is rolled will award even money.

In the event of the don't come point being rolled before a seven, the bet is lost.

    Odds Bets

Odds bets can be added to Pass, Don't Pass, Come, and Don't Come bets once the point has been established.

Odd bets win and lose with their corresponding bet and can be removed after any roll.

To maximize the bet, click on 'Max Odds'.

    Pass Line Odds Bets

A Pass Line Odds bet can be placed by clicking outside of the Pass Line where it says 'Odds'.

The payouts for a winning Pass Line Odds bet are dependent on the point:

    • Point is four or 10 - 2:1
    • Point is five or nine - 3:2
    • Point is six or eight - 6:5

    Don't Pass Line Odds Bets

A Don't Pass Line Odds bet can be placed by clicking on the tramlines under the 'Don't Pass Bar'.

The payouts for a winning Don't Pass Line Odds bet are dependent on the point:

    • Point is four or 10 - 1:2
    • Point is five or nine - 2:3
    • Point is six or eight - 5:6

Come & Don't Come Odds Bets

The Come Odds bet and Don't Come Odds bet are both placed on top of the Come bet and Don't Come bet once they've moved to the point on-screen.

The payout for the Come Odds bet is dependent on the point:

    • Point is four or 10 - 2:1
    • Point is five or nine - 3:2
    • Point is six or eight - 6:5

The payouts for the Don't Come Odds bet are the same as the Don't Pass Line Odds bet.

    Field Bets

To place a Field bet, place the chips on the area marked 'Field'.

If the next roll of the dice is a two, three, four, nine, ten, 11, or 12, the Field bet wins!

The payout for a Field bet is dependent on what number is rolled:

    • Two - 2:1
    • 12 - 3:1
    • Three, four, nine, ten, or 11 - 1:1
    • Five, six, seven, or eight - the bet is lost

    Big 6 & Big 8 Bets

To place a Big 6 bet or a Big 8 bet, place the chips in the corresponding areas shown on-screen.

Even money is awarded if the number chosen is rolled before a seven.

If a seven is rolled, the bet is lost.

The bet remains on the table if any other number is rolled.

These bets may be removed at any point during the game.

    Place to Win Bets

Place to Win bets can be made on a four, five, six, eight, nine, or ten.

Click the 'Place to Win' section of a numbered area to place the bet.

Place to Win bets can be made any time, however, they are automatically set to 'not working' when the game is marked as 'off'.

If the chosen number is rolled before a seven, the bet is won.

However, if a seven is rolled before the chosen number, the bet is lost.

The bet remains on the table until the chosen number or a seven is rolled.

This bet can be removed at any time.

    Place to Lose Bets

Place to Lose bets are similar to Place to Win bets, except that rolling a seven before the chosen number will award a win.

Conversely, rolling the chosen number before a seven will lose the bet.

Click the 'Place to Lose' section of a numbered area to place the bet.

The bet remains on the table until the chosen number or a seven is rolled.

This bet can be removed at any time.

    Buy Bets

To place a Buy bet, click on the 'Buy' section of a numbered area.

If that number is rolled before a seven, the bet is won.

The bet is lost if a seven is rolled before the chosen number.

Buy bets are inactive by default when the game is marked as 'off'.

Winning a Buy bet costs 5% of the bet value as commission.

The payout for a Buy bet is dependent on the number chosen:

    • Six or eight - 6:5
    • Five or nine - 3:2
    • Four or ten - 2:1

    Lay Bets

To place a Lay bet, click on the 'Lay' section of a numbered area.

Rolling a seven before the chosen number wins the bet, whereas the bet will be lost if the chosen number is rolled before a seven.

A 5% commission of the win amount is charged when the Lay bet is won.

The payout for a Lay bet is dependent on the number chosen:

    • Six or eight - 5:6
    • Five or nine - 2:3
    • Four or ten - 1:2

    Any 7 Bets

To place an Any 7 bet, click on the 'Any 7' section on-screen.

Rolling a seven will win the bet and pay 5:1.

Rolling any other number will lose the bet.

    Any Craps Bets

To place an Any Craps bet, click on the 'Any Craps' section on-screen.

Rolling Craps (two, three, or 12) will win the bet and pay 8:1.

Rolling any other number will lose the bet.

    Horn Bet

To place a Horn bet, click on the 'Horn Bet' button.

Clicking the 'Horn bet' button will automatically place chips on each of the bet options.

If a two, three, 11, or 12 is rolled, the bet is won.

Rolling any other number will lose the bet.

It is possible to click on individual bet options to place that bet, as opposed to selecting all four bet options.

The payout for a Horn bet depends on which number is chosen:

    • Two or 12 - 34:1
    • Three or 11 - 17:1

    Hard Ways Bet

Hard Ways bets can be made on four, six, eight, or ten.

Rolling a number the 'hard way' means rolling doubles, i.e. rolling a six the 'hard way' means two threes have been rolled.

Rolling the chosen number the hard way before a seven or the easy way of the chosen number is rolled will win the bet.

The bet remains in play if any other number is rolled.

It is possible to remove a Hard Ways bet at any time.

The payout for a Hard Ways bet depends on which number is chosen:

    • Four or ten - 8:1
    • Six or eight - 10:1

    Working / Not Working

It is possible to assign certain bets to be 'working' or 'not working'.

'Working' will set the bet to always be active.

'Not working' means that the bet is only active while the game is marked as 'on'.

Not working bets are inactive while the game is marked 'off'.

    Roll History

The Roll History bar displays the results of the previous 12 rolls and signals whether the game is marked 'on' or 'off'.

    Return to Player (RTP)

    Return To Player: 99.73%

The expected return is the amount we pay out to players relative to the amount of wagering on the game.

For example, if we take $100 of wagers we will, on average, pay out $99.73 in wins.

This return is based on the player making the best choices.
